Unload the Sten and remove the magazine. Located at the back in the locking stud for the stock. Press this in and slid the stock down to remove it form the gun.
Press the locking stud in and give it a right turn.
The remove the locking stud from the receiver along with the recoil spring.
Pull the bolt back to the "Safe" position and pull the bolt handle out.
Pull the bolt clear of the receiver. You will need to depress the trigger to get free movement of the bolt.
Hold the receiver and pull the locking pin at the front of the magazine well.
Rotate the magazine well down (or up as shown in the picture).
Unscrew the barrel shroud.
Completly disassambled Sten.
