Remove the stock by pressing down the locking stud.
Turn the Thompson over and on the underside press the locking studd down
Slide the pistol grip back.
Compress the recoil spring and slide it out of the back of the receiver.
Pull the bolt back.
Turn the receiver over and the bolt will fall out.
Slide the remaining parts forward again, and pull the "H-bar" out. Then pull the last part of the bolt back and take it out of the receiver.
